POSITION OVERVIEW: 

Al Furqan Academy is looking for a knowledgeable, experienced and creative hifz director to help organize and restructure our hifz department. The Hifz Director will be responsible for creating or using an existing system to monitor the progress of each hifz student. The system that is used should be an online based platform, such as Ad-Din or other such platforms. The Hifz Director will also be responsible to communicate between teachers, parents and as well as keeping the administration up to date on the progress of each Indvidual student. Additionally, they will have excellent communication skills. The Hifz Director will also need to structure a prize/rewards system for students.

Al Furqan Academy is looking for a knowledgeable, experienced and creative Academic Director who will be in charge of overseeing several aspects of education quality and teaching delivery in an institution. The Academic Director will also be responsible for all academic programs, evaluating performance and managing in regards to hiring, recruiting and interviewing potential candidates. The Academic Director will need to update the current curriculum. The Academic Director will be responsible for all matters related to academic processes. The ultimate objective is to enhance the quality of education offered at Al Furqan Academy.
